View your subscription details, monitor usage against limits, and understand what's included in your plan. Use this page to check if you're approaching plan limits before something gets blocked.
Viewing your plan
- Log into the CloudSignal dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Your current plan is displayed at the top
Plan details
Your plan page shows:

Usage alerts
CloudSignal sends alerts when you approach limits:

Configure alert recipients in Settings then Notifications.
What happens at limits
Connections limit
When you reach your connection limit:
- Existing connections remain active
- New connection attempts are rejected
- Error: "Connection limit exceeded"
Solution: Disconnect unused clients or upgrade plan
Messages limit
When you reach your message limit:

| Business/Enterprise | Overage charges apply |
Solution: Wait for billing cycle reset or upgrade
Storage limit
When you reach storage:
- New retained messages may be rejected
- Oldest data may be pruned (FIFO)
Solution: Clear retained messages or upgrade
Viewing usage history
See usage trends over time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Usage History
- Select time range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
The dashboard renders connection peaks and message totals as charts so you can spot trends.
