Understand your CloudSignal plan, usage, and billing.

Manage your CloudSignal subscription, monitor usage, and upgrade as you grow. Use this section to check usage against plan limits, change plans, or update payment details.

Current plan

View your current plan and usage:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. See your current plan and usage metrics
  3. View limits and remaining quota

Usage monitoring

Track your usage in the dashboard:

Current usage (this month):
  Connections: 45 / 100 (45%)
  Messages:    450K / 1M (45%)
  Storage:     2.1 GB / 10 GB (21%)

Billing cycle

  • Billing is monthly, starting from your subscription date
  • Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle
  • Overage charges may apply if you exceed limits (Business/Enterprise)

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Company invoicing (Enterprise only)

Quick actions

View invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Invoices
  3. Download past invoices

Update payment method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details

Cancel subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Plan
  3. Your account reverts to Free tier at cycle end

Start with Current plan to see your subscription details.
