Column	Description
Time	When the action occurred
Action	Color-coded badge (red for delete/revoke, green for create)
Entity	Type (MQTT User, ACL Rule, API Token, etc.) and entity ID
Actor	Who performed the action (user, system, or API)
Details	JSON snippet of the change details
