CloudSignal provides an offline-first messaging platform designed for no-code applications, featuring:
- Real-time messaging via MQTT protocol
- Offline data synchronization
- Visual workflow automation
- Integration with no-code platforms (Bubble.io, Webflow, etc.)
- REST API and SDK access
- PWA push notifications
Beta Service: CloudSignal is currently in beta or pre-launch status. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or limitations. We make no guarantees about availability, functionality, or data integrity during this period.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CloudSignal. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Waitlist and Early Access
By joining our waitlist or applying for early access, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity.

When the Service launches commercially, you will be notified of pricing and billing terms. Continued use after that notification constitutes acceptance of the pricing.
8.3 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CloudSignal, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.1 Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any data loss.

CloudSignal may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Bubble.io, Webflow). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDSIGNAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability
- Availability or uptime
- Error-free operation
- Data integrity or security
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDSIGNAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudSignal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Termination
14.1 By You

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

- We may delete Your Content
- You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
