Team Management
Invite members, assign roles, and manage your organization team
The Team page shows all members of your organization and lets you manage access.
Members
The members table shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Member | Avatar, name, and email |
| Role | Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer |
| Joined | When they joined the organization |
| Actions | Remove member (if you have permission) |
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, can delete organization, transfer ownership |
| Admin | Full access except deleting the organization |
| Member | Can manage MQTT clients, view logs, and use the dashboard |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the dashboard |
Owners and admins can change member roles from the role dropdown in the table.
Inviting Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address
- Select a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to join. Invitations expire after a set period.
Pending Invitations
Below the members table, pending invitations show:
- Email and status (Pending or Expired)
- Role assigned
- Invited and Expires dates
- Actions: Resend or Revoke
You can resend expired invitations. Revoking an invitation permanently cancels it.
