Notification Settings
Configure email alerts, webhooks, and quota warning thresholds
Navigate to Settings → Notifications to set up alerts for your organization.
Email Alerts
- Toggle Email Alerts on
- Add recipient email addresses
- Set the Quota Warning Threshold slider (50% to 95%)
When your message usage reaches the threshold percentage of your plan limit, email alerts are sent to all configured recipients.
Webhook Notifications
Send real-time event notifications to your backend via HTTP webhooks.
- Toggle Webhooks on (requires a paid plan)
- Enter your webhook URL
- Select which events to receive:
- Connection events - client connect/disconnect
- Quota events - usage threshold reached
- Click Test to send a test payload and verify your endpoint
The test button sends a sample event and shows the response status.
Quota Warning Threshold
The slider controls when quota warnings fire:

| 50% | Alert at 5,000 messages |
| 75% | Alert at 7,500 messages |
| 90% | Alert at 9,000 messages |
| 95% | Alert at 9,500 messages |
